Maribeth Thomas Named Chair-Elect for The Judith K. Fitzgerald Western Pennsylvania Pennsylvania Bankruptcy American Inn of Court

Former MSRC undergraduate student Maribeth Thomas was recently appointed to two professional positions. She has been named the Chair-Elect for the Judith K. Fitzgerald Western Pennsylvania Pennsylvania Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, effective July 1st. In two years, Maribeth will step into the role of President. On the same date, Maribeth was appointed Treasurer of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section.

Maribeth is currently an attorney and  shareholder at Tucker Arensberg and specializes in Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Creditors’ Rights.
